These SMS Terms govern the Atoof Collective text message program. By joining, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

The program

Atoof Collective ("Atoof," "we," "us") offers a recurring text message program that sends marketing messages about new products, restocks, sales and other news, as well as messages about your orders and carts.

How you join

You join by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — through a sign-up form on atoofcollective.com, at checkout, or by texting us to opt in. You are confirming that you are at least 18 years old and that the number you gave us is yours.

Your agreement to receive marketing texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can buy from Atoof without joining.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Atoof does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may, according to your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to leave the program. We will send one confirmation and then stop sending marketing texts to that number. You can rejoin at any time by signing up again.

Leaving the text program does not remove you from our email list, and it does not stop transactional messages about an order you have already placed.

Carriers and delivery

Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number and your privacy

We use your number to send the messages described above and to keep a record of your consent. We do not sell your mobile number. Our messages are delivered through a text messaging service provider that processes your number on our behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

If you change or give up your mobile number, please let us know so that we do not text someone who never agreed to hear from us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the current version always lives on this page.
